Glenn “Luke” Raymond Foster

Glenn “Luke” Raymond Foster, age 68, passed away in his home, Wednesday, October 9, 2024.

Glenn was born October 22, 1955, in Omaha, Nebraska to Glenn and Darlene (Frazier) Foster. He was a sanitation worker for the City of Urbandale, and a bus driver for Des Moines Public Schools.

He devoted time to hunting and fishing with his family and friends. He enjoyed being in his garage working on all different types of projects. He loved spending time with his kids and grandchildren.

He is survived by his loving wife of 48 years Betty, sister Carol, brother James, his three daughters Amanda, Amy (Jamie), Rachel (Tony), his son Mark, and 7 grandchildren.

Glenn was preceded in death by his mother and father, and four brothers: Fred, Marty, Rick and Danny.
