Visitation will be held on Friday, September 20, 2024, from 12:00 PM to 8:00 PM, with the family presence from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM, at Hamilton’s Funeral Home, located at 605 Lyon St., Des Moines, Iowa.
Funeral services will take place on Saturday, September 21, 2024, at 1:00 PM at Zion United Methodist Church 1753 Hwy G62 in Knoxville (Pershing), Iowa, 50138 with burial to follow at Zion United Methodist Cemetery. The family is requesting funeral lineup to Pershing at Deloris’ home. Be there at 11:00 AM on Saturday, September 21, 2024. (If you need directions, please contact Deloris’ home phone or Loleetta’s cell or messenger.)
Reception immediately following the burial services. The family would also like those who want to celebrate Deloris Irene’s life from 4:00 PM - 9:00 PM at Bottomsup, 208 E Robinson St., Knoxville, Iowa 50138. No children permitted, you must be 21 years old, cash bar, please drink responsibly.
The family will not be held responsible for any accidents or casualties.
