Louise Foster

Louise Foster passed away May 28, 2011. Visitation will begin at 11 a.m. followed by a funeral services at 1 p.m. Monday, June 6, 2011 at Hamilton’s Funeral Home, 605 Lyon St. Mrs. Foster will be buried at Glendale Cemetery.

She was born August 4, 1946 in Annapolis, Maryland to Walter and Helen Jones. She worked for Mercy Hospital, Iowa Jewish Life Center, and retired from Food Service for Des Moines Public Schools.

She was preceded in death by Walter and Helen Jones, Lillian Nelson, Jameicka Blunt, and David Foster.

Mrs. Foster is survived by her children: Ardenia Lee, Byron (Ramona) Jacobs, Ursula Blunt, and Nicole Foster, grandchildren Sammara, Jasmine, Ray, Paris, Alex Bynea, Tealisha, TyCarr, Antonio Lamonte, Desiree, Tasha, Maggie, Essence, Zavon, Davion, and Deshawn; great-granchildren Mykel, Lamarreya, Emoni, Zaraya, Darrius, Brianna, Neshaiya, TyCarr Jr., Treyveon, Martysheon, and Ny’Asiah.
