Florence Roberts

Florence “Tina” Roberts, 81, died Sunday, March 25, 2007 at Mercy Medical Center. Visitation will be held from 6 to 8 p.m. Wednesday at Hamilton’s Funeral Home.
Tina was born June 21, 1926 in Des Moines. She was a nurse at VA Hospital and Iowa Lutheran Hospital before her retirement in 1985. She had also worked as a telephone operator for Northwestern Bell for many years. Tina loved to crochet, collect covered dishes, and follow politics.
Tina is survived by her children, Michelle (Gerald) Wright, Shaun (Michael) Cain, Ken (Marta) Keiran and Keith (Kathy) Keiran; sister, Geraldine (Clyde) Folsom; six grand children and eight great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her daughter, Julia and two great-grandchildren.
