Jerry L. Neal

Jerry Lee Neal, 74, died at the Iowa Veterans Home in Marshalltown, IA on October 12, 2010.

Jerry was born in Kirkover, MN on July 1, 1936 to Florence Ida (Jones) and William Orval Neal. Jerry was a kind and loving father, grandfather and great grandfather.

Jerry is survived by his son, Tim (Teri) Neal and daughter, LeeAnna (Chuck Feser) Taylor; his brothers Jimmy Neal and Joe Neal; four grandchildren, Brandy Bigner, Angela Dalton, Lauren Neal and Brandon Neal; and eight great grandchildren.

Jerry is preceded in death by his son, Nicholas Albert Neal; his children’s mother, Charlotte Ann Neal; his mother, Florence and his father, William; his brothers Jeff and Tommy Neal.

A memorial service will be held at 10:00 a.m. on Friday, October 15th, 2010, at Easton Place United Methodist Church, 2412 Easton Blvd, Des Moines.
