Evelyn Briggle

Evelyn Briggle, 95, passed away Saturday, October 9, 2010 at Granger Nursing and Rehab in Granger, Iowa. A private graveside service will be held at Sunset Memorial Gardens.

Evelyn was born July 31, 1915 in Berwick, Iowa to Edith and James Harless.

Evelyn married Murrel Briggle.

Evelyn is survived by her children: Frances Harter, Jerry Briggle, Mary (Bob) Fogg, and Don (Deanna) Briggle; grandchildren: Joe Fogg, John Fogg, Bobby Fogg, Ronnie Fogg, Debbie Mundy, Beverly Mundy, Rick Mundy, Erik Paul, Kari Johnson, Pam Carmichael, Mike Hatfield, Kenny Hatfield and numerous great-grandchildren; and her sister, Pat (Dick) Hobbs. She was preceded in death by her children: Lloyd Mundy, Delores Briggle, and Bill Briggle (Eleanor Hatfield); her husband Murrel; two step-daughters: Thelma Kempe and Josephine Cross; one step-son: Edward Briggle; and her sister: Betty Croat and two brothers: Russell Harless and Jim Harless.
