Edwin Sargent

Edwin Harold Sargent, 55, passed away February 17, 2007 at his home. A memorial service will be held at 2:30 pm Wednesday at Hamilton’s Funeral Home, 605 Lyon Street.
Ed was born December 3, 1951 in Des Moines to Elsie and Richard Sargent. One of Ed’s greatest joys during his life was working at Neodata and Goodwill. He loved to work. At the time of his death he was working as a sorter at Goodwill Industries. Ed enjoyed fishing and listening to country music as well as eating.
Ed is survived by his siblings, Sharon McNeeley, Richard Sargent Jr both of Des Moines, his sister, Roberta Zerbo of Tennessee and Charlotte Henke of Council Bluffs; A ½ brother, Kenneth Sargent; 7 nieces and 8 nephews, 17 great nieces and 11 great nephews.
