Frank Goff
February 12, 2023
Frank Goff was born January 7, 1967, and left us too soon on February 12, 2023.
Frank was born in Des Moines, Iowa to Frank and Sandy Goff. He loved going to baseball games to watch his son and grandsons play. You would always know he was there because he was the loudest one in the crowd. He was always ready for a trip to Meskwaki to play the slots, roulette, or cards. 7 come 11. Frank also loved betting on football games and yelling nonstop at the TV on game days. Frank worked many different jobs throughout his life. Most recently before his illness, he was a subcontractor for Certapro Painters.
Frank is survived by the love of his life, Sheila Haus; his children, Jessica (Anhtuan) Dinh, Frankie Goff II, Sammie See, and Suzane Brown; his pride and joy – grandsons, Kaiden, Kolby, Kennick, Xander, and Dominic; his mother, Sandy Goff; sister and best friend, Roxanne Goff; his beloved beagle, Baby Charlie; and his many nieces and nephews, and extended family.
Frank was preceded in death by his father, Frank Goff.
Visitation will begin at 11:00 a.m., followed by a funeral service at 1:00 p.m., Monday, February 20, 2023 at Hamilton’s Funeral Home, 605 Lyon Street, Des Moines. Burial will take place at Highland Memory Gardens Cemetery immediately after the service.

I never met Frank but I know Sheila's mother (Mary Gross) who spoke very kind of him. Reading the condolences, he was a very likable person with a big heart. His family will surely miss him.

My heart & prayers are with Frank's family. I was friends with Frank & his sister Roxanne growing up and haven't seen them in 20+ years but it's always hard reading about losing someone who's the same age as us. I lost my brother Mike in 2006 & it's still hard to live without my brother. I'm so sorry for your loss.

Frank loved my daughter well! Few can reach their depth of love for each other. You loved life and shared your love with your children and grandchildren so well, they will never forget you. May you rest in the arms of Jesus thru eternity. This is not your end but your beginning. We will meet again.

We love you all so much and have our thoughts with each of you during this unimaginable time. Well never forget the summer Frank painted our house, he was so fun to be around! Our little one loved asking him questions each day, but Frank loved answering them even more.
