Faith Rachel Ziaty

Faith Rachel Ziaty passed away at Mercy Medical Center on December 17th, 2022. She was born to Haja Sesay and Barjebo Ziaty on February 21st, 2022 in Des Moines, Iowa.

Faith was easy going and always happy. She was quite a speedy crawler, especially if you were in her good graces. If you left the room, she would be right behind you wondering where you were going. She recently began learning to walk and was very good at hanging on to everything and steadying herself. If cartoons were on the TV, especially Cocomelon, she was happy and content. Of course, Faith loved being around her family who all love her very much.

Left to cherish her memory are her mommy and daddy; siblings, Aeaven, Christopher and Malaysia; as well as a host of extended family.

A funeral service for Faith will be held at 2 PM, Wednesday December 28th at Hamilton’s Funeral Home, 605 Lyon Street, Des Moines, Iowa 50309. A visitation will be held one hour prior to the funeral. Faith will be laid to rest at Glendale Cemetery in Des Moines following the service.
