Jack Jay Wright, 65, passed away on September 20, 2022 surrounded by the people that loved him dearly.

Jack was born to Jack Wright, Sr. and Patricia (French) Wright September 28, 1956. Jack attended Freehold Township High School in New Jersey and went to college at Rowan University in Glassboro, New Jersey. Jack held many leadership roles in his career. He has always had an employee’s first approach where his encouragement and understanding shined through.

Jack met the love of his life Misty in March of 2016 where their friendship turned into beautiful relationship. Jack and Misty married on August 21, 2021. They loved traveling together, experiencing new endeavors, dining together, and cuddling up to their favorite shows was how they spent their happy life together.

Jack was an exceptional father to Raquel (Will) Langford and Jesse Wright. Always putting their successes first. Sharing his experience and always wanting them to keep looking forward. In meeting his wife Jack also gained bonus daughters Nicole (Nate) Tyler and Carly (Shane) Hart who he loved without hesitation and showed them the meaning of being a family.

In being the great father that he was he got to become a Grandpa to some wonderfully loving talented kids, Lawson Langford, Nollie Tyler, Wyatt Hart, Mya Hart, Dawson Hart, and Scarlett Hart. Jack loved nothing more than to cheer on his grandsons at their football games or drawing and reading to his granddaughters. He made them all feel so loved.

Jack loved all of his siblings, Becky (Ken) Maday, Cindy (Doug) Matheney, Sandy Wright, and Brad Wright. Even though some were spread across many miles their love for one another always shined through.

Jack could light up any room he walked into with his charming and charismatic personality. Even with a full crowd, he made every single person feel welcome and accepted. Jack was a sort of entertainer. During the holidays Jack would host holiday parties for his friends and family. He enjoyed watching people come together and have a good time. Jack was also creative and intelligent. He wrote two novels when he was in his late 20’s and enjoyed making many board games for his children and grandchildren. In his free time jack enjoyed reading horror and mystery novels mostly before bed. Of course every season he had a sport to watch, wither it was the St. Louis Cardinals, Arizona Cardinals, Iowa Hawkeyes, or the St. Louis blues. He was always watching and giving pointers loudly when they didn't make the right call.

Jack will be missed dearly by his wife, children, grandchildren, siblings, nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.

He has left a lasting mark on the hearts of people that will never be forgotten.

A celebration of life will be held at a later date. Memorial contributions may be directed to the family in loving memory of Jack.
