Trevor Ross Rocha, age 25, passed away Tuesday, August 2, 2022.

Trevor was born July 6, 1997 in Wyandotte, Michigan, to Rodney Rocha and Nanette Eickholdt. He attended school in Eldora, Iowa, and was proud to have graduated. Trevor was a Little League All Star four years running, and was in the Little League World Series.

Trevor was a proud Eastsider and a hard worker, most recently employed as a roofer for Drake Roofing, but was skilled in all types of construction work, including concrete work. Trevor was fun to be around. He was always happy and outgoing, and was friendly to everyone he met. He had a great sense of humor and could make anyone laugh. He was very protective of his family. Trevor was proud of his tattoos, and had awesome hair!

Trevor enjoyed playing baseball, Frisbee golf, and Cornhole. He liked fishing and riding dirt bikes in his free time. His favorite pastime was hanging with his friends.

He is survived by his mother, Nanette Jean Eickholdt; father, Rodney Rocha; siblings, Tristan Eickholdt (Madison) and Tara (Kaine) Fiscus; fiancé, Taylor Reinier and her daughters, Sophia Alderman and Jaylee Grimm; nephews, Aiden Kortman, Tristan Eickholdt Jr., Jaiden Parson, and Jaxson Eickholdt; nieces, Skylar Eickholdt and Chloe Fiscus; uncles, Bruce Eickholdt and Gary Gulley (Linda); and other extended family and many close friends.

He was preceded in death by his grandparents, Homer and Shirley.

There will be a celebration of life from 5:00 to 7:00 p.m. Wednesday, August 10, 2022 at Hamilton’s Funeral Home, 605 Lyon Street, Des Moines.
