Service Details
Callen Robert Woolery, our brave little battler, 6 weeks old, passed away on May 19, 2022 at Blank Children’s Hospital. He was born on April 8th, 2022, the son of Brandon and Amy Woolery.
Callen along with his twin brother, Maverick, decided to come into this world early at 27 weeks. Although Callen was only here for 6 weeks he touched the hearts of many.
In addition to his parents, Callen is survived by his twin brother Maverick, sisters Breckyn, Sloane and Harlow. Grandparents Dale and Sally Woolery, Mary Young. Many aunts, uncles and cousins.
Services will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Thursday, June 2, at Ankeny First United Methodist Church, 206 SW Walnut St., with visitation one hour prior to service time. Following the service, Callen will be laid to rest at Pine Hill Cemetery in Des Moines.

My love, Brandon, girls, and Mav:
I cant imagine your pain. My heart literally breaks for you all. Such a sweet sweet soul, gone too soon. I am holding you all in my heart and thoughts. Losing a child would be unbearable, and Im praying for strength and peace for you all at this time. Sweet sweet Callen. Hell always be your little battler, that God must have needed. I love you guys.
