Danny Warren Poole
July 1, 1958 – March 17, 2022

Danny was born July 1, 1958, to Bill and Evelyn (Martindale) Poole in Des Moines, Iowa. He spent much of his youth on Elm Street with his family. Although he spent some years in Arizona, he returned to Des Moines, where he was truly an Eastsider.

Danny was always a jokester; he loved making others laugh. He also couldn’t resist working on something. If it was a project or under the hood of a car, or sideline commentary, he was there and will be greatly missed.

Danny was preceded in death by his parents, Bill Poole and Evelyn Griffin, his sister, Pamela Poole and brother, Billy Poole.

He is survived by his son, Daniel (Mackenzi) Moon; grandchildren, Gracie Lou and Lainie Mae; many nieces, nephews as well as family and friends he gathered along the way.
