Donna Wyer

Donna Wyer, 74, passed away on November 12, 2021, at Bishop Drumm Care Center in Johnston. She was born in Creston, Iowa on August 26, 1947, the daughter of Guy and Mildred Wyer.

Donna is survived by her brother, Bill Wyer; nephew, Evan (Kris) Wyer; great-nieces, Jordan and Payton; and many special friends. She was preceded in death by her parents; and her sister-in-law, Jean Wyer.

A graveside service will be held at 12:00 p.m., Monday, November 29, 2021, at Highland Memory Gardens Cemetery, 1 NE 60th Ave., Des Moines.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be directed to Bishop Drumm, in loving memory of Donna.

I had the pleasure of meeting Donna in the past two years. She was always such a sweet and kind person. She left an impact on me after each interaction. I remember her telling me that I didn't need to worry about her or cry due to her dying because she has angles waiting for her. I will miss seeing her but I am glad she is some place better.
