Lisa was born in Des Moines, Iowa on November 11, 1960 to John E. and Jaqueline L. Wilde two minutes after her twin sister, Linda Rae. She graduated from Lincoln High School in 1979. She loved hosting holiday dinners and having everyone together. Lisa had a smile that was larger than life and a heart to match it. She never met a stranger. Her friends will always remember her hugs and her signature laugh, the "cackle".

I worked with Lisa in the Health Division at Principal she was on my QA team. She always had a smile and such a real sweet demeanor.
I live in Indianola, and ran into her at Walmart a few weeks ago. She had that same bright smile; we stood and got caught up on life.
She always talked about her family; she sure loved them.
What a sweet blessing she was; I am so glad that I knew her.
Hugging the family in my thoughts and prayers.

Lisa had such a kind heart. We had many rides with her and Butch. Our rides always entailed many laughs. Her and Butch also attended many of our football parties. The room will feel a little emptier now. When I think of Lisa I will smile as the sound of her cackle drifts through my memories. A light gone way too soon. My heart goes out to the family

Lisa always jumped in to help me on busy nights when her and Butch would visit the Woodburn Cafe. She never met a stranger and I loved her dearly. She will be missed and we have a heck of a damn good guardian angel ❤

Aunt Lisa will be so very missed. There is nothing more she loved in this world more than her family. Her smile and laugh were infectious. She was a jack of all trades, a friend, an ally, and a wonderfully free spirit. Thoughts and prayers from my family to yours. Until we meet again sweet angel.

I did not know Lisa, never met her. What I do know of her I have learned by knowing her son Jordan. By knowing Jordan I have ascertained that Lisa was an incredible mother, a caring loving human being, intelligent, kind, caring, funny and loving. Because Jordan is all of these and he obtained these traits from her. I know the pain of losing a parent. I lost my mom at 28, Jordan is 29 so its almost fate that I came into his life as his friend a short time before this has happened. He was there for me during my hospitalization recently and still is during my recovery and as much as I can I am helping him to get through this. Losing a parent is so hard because they are such a part of you but we never really lose them. They are a part of every fiber of who we are. I believe Lisa will always be with her kids they just have to talk to her and she will hear them. My deepest condolences to you all. She had to be a remarkable human being to raise such an amazing son!
