Dennis Mason

Dennis H. Mason, 62, died Sunday, January 28, 2007, at Iowa Methodist Hospital of complications from a massive stroke. Funeral services will be held 11 a.m. Thursday, February 1, 2007, at Ankeny Baptist Church, 2842 SW 3rd Street, Ankeny. Burial will be held at 3 p.m. Thursday at Pleasant Hill Cemetery in rural Toledo. Visitation will be held Wednesday from 5 to 7 p.m. at Hamilton's Funeral Home, 605 Lyon Street.
Dennis was born August 27, 1944, to Harold and Alice Mason in Marshalltown. He served in the Army and graduated from the University of Northern Iowa. Dennis' career was a combination of teaching and working in computer and technical related positions. His most recent position was held at EDS in Des Moines.
Dennis is survived by his twin sister, Donna (William) Smaha of Mesa, Az; sisters, Marilyn (Wilbur) Falconer of Walker, Ia and Gayla (Gregg) Logan of Pleasant Hill; brothers, Robert (Gloria) Mason of Fairfax and Kenneth Mason of Captain Cook, Hi; four nephews; a niece; two great-nephews; beloved friends; and church family.
