Joyce Mueller

Joyce (Miller/Moritz) Mueller, 90, passed away October 05, 2020 peacefully at her home in Des Moines, IA.

Joyce, daughter of Herbert Sr. and Clara (Baumgart) Miller, was born April 13, 1930 in Genoa, NE. She graduated from Humphrey High School and from nursing school in Omaha, NE along with her twin sister, Joan, and was a dedicated Registered Nurse until her retirement.

Joyce was united in marriage with Glenn E. Moritz on December 21, 1952 in Humphrey, NE. Glenn preceded her in death on September 01, 1960.

Joyce was a loving mother and is survived by her son, Michael Moritz, and daughters, Joan (Moritz) Langmo and Julie (Moritz) Radosta. She was blessed with seven grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her parents, six siblings, Verjean, Herbert Jr., Roland, Joan, Donald, and Duane, and one great-grandchild, Chance Brown.

A private graveside service will be held at 1:00pm on Friday, October 9, 2020 at Humphrey Public Cemetery in Humphrey, NE.
