Aunt Claudette & family, we wish we could be there with you to celebrate Uncle Freds life. The last few trips to Iowa I really felt that I had reconnected with him. Mary also really loved the times talking to you, Aunt Claudette. I saw the message on FB messenger shortly after our plane left Milwaukee. We have now relocated to Medford Oregon to be close to Marys daughter & husband. Still want to keep touch, tho. Love & prayers. Rick & Mary

Carol and I want to express our sincere sympathy to all of the family. Uncle Fred was such a wonderful Christian minister and gentleman. As an adult I was not privileged to be close to him but I have very fond memories of Uncle Fred during my younger years. I remember that when a rather rambunctious family got together he was the calm, reassuring voice of reason. My dad (Lyle) was very proud of his "little brother" and I know he would have liked to live closer and be together more often. May our Lord give each member of the family grace, peace and comfort.
