Sherrie Riggs

Sherrie K. Riggs, 41, passed away on May 20, 2020 at Van Diest Medical Center in Webster City. She was born in Des Moines, on October 10, 1978, the daughter of Kenneth Riggs and Sharon Halling.
She most recently worked for Tastler Manufacturing and prior to that had worked at AmericInn and Cactus Family Farms. Sherrie graduated from North High School in Des Moines. She loved playing BINGO and putting together puzzles. She was proud to be a “Libra”.
Sherrie is survived by her parents, Sharon Halling and Kenneth (Susan) Riggs; daughters, Maggie Meza, Nina Meza and Jordan Riggs; her first grandchild on the way; siblings, Kenny Riggs, John Riggs and Toresa Riggs; the fathers to her children, Cesar Meza and Rick Anderson; many nieces, nephews and a host of beloved friends.
A public graveside services will be held on Friday, May 29, 2020 at 2:00p.m., at Canfield Cemetery, Ivy, Iowa.
Memorial contributions may be directed to family in loving memory of Sherrie.

it is with a heavy heart I say with deepest sympathy I am so sorry there are no words that can heal your pain but God called another angel home where there will be no more pain or suffering and she is in a beautiful place where this is not the end some day we will all meet again it is with love and prayers that God will put his loving arms around all of you and give you the comfort you need to get through this time of your loss God Bless You All With Love

I am at a loss of words. We spent almost a year every day together. I remember the first time I woke up and you had crawled in my bed with me and went back to sleep. I just talked to you. I can't believe this. I love you and I miss you. R.I.P my friend
