Howard E. Van Trees, 81, died Saturday, February 22, 2020, at Mercy Medical Center in Des Moines. He was born January 14, 1939, to Howard Sylvester and Ellen (Hall) Van Trees in Des Moines.
Howard graduated from North High School, and worked as a Bookkeeper at Westinghouse in Des Moines.
Howard is survived by his cousin, Bob Myers. He is proceeded in death by his wife, Jo Ann in 2011 and his parents.
There will be a inurnment at Iowa Veterans Cemetery on Thursday, February 27, 2020 at 9:30 a.m.
