Joe Charter, 83, of Runnells passed away at home Monday, March 23, 2009.
Joe is survived by his wife, Connie; sons, Scott, Neal and Eric as well as grandchildren, Megan, Ryan, Brandon, Jordon, Emily and Devon.
Services will be held Friday, March 27, 2009 at 2:00pm at Berean Assembly of God Church in Pleasant Hill.
