Joanne Marie Goltz, 73, passed away Friday, February 27, 2009 at Mercy Hospital Medical Center. A visitation will be held from 6 to 8pm Tuesday at Hamilton’s Funeral Home, 605 Lyon Street.
Joanne was born March 6, 1936 in Herried, SD to Veronica and Ludwig Brandner. Joanne retired from Kmart where she worked for many years.
Her greatest love was spending time with her family. Joanne had a passion for watching reality shows on TV. She enjoyed playing cards in her younger days.
Joanne is survived by her husband of 50 years, Erwin, her children, Mary Manley, Eileen Goltz, Veronica Goltz, Helen Lowe and Tony Goltz; her nine grandchildren and twelve great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her son, Erwin E. Goltz.
