Betty Putz, 72, passed away on July 5, 2019 at Mercy Medical Center. She was born in Des Moines, on May 11, 1947, to Harlan and Edwyna (Lounsbury) Daggett.

Betty worked as a LPN at Lutheran Hospital her entire career. She loved to shop, quilt and crochet.

Betty is survived by son David (Vanne) Daggett; granddaughter, Rachel Daggett (fiancé, Dominic Toney); brothers, Jim (Martha) Daggett, Bill (Melissa) Daggett, Harlan (Connie) Daggett and several nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents; husband, Delbert; brothers, Harlan Rex, died in Korea, Harris Daggett and Henry Daggett.

A graveside service will be at 10:30 a.m., Friday, July 12, 2019 at Avon Lake Cemetery.
