Charmel Hill

Charmel Marie Hill, age 50, passed away Tuesday, June 4, 2019. Charmel was born October 21, 1968 in California. She had a smile that could light up a room and was always the life of the party. She lived life to its fullest! Charmel enjoyed camping, dancing, and singing karaoke. Family was everything to her and she worked very hard to build a beautiful life for herself and the ones that she loved.

She is survived by her husband, Jessie; daughters, Briawna King and Samantha Lake; sisters, Nikki and Gina; mother, Carol; and other loving family and many special friends.

There will be a celebration of life at 4:00 p.m. on Sunday, June 9, 2019 at Scotty’s Body Shop, 504 SE 6th Street, Des Moines, where Charmel was the office manager. A second celebration will held at 12:00 p.m. on Saturday, June 15, 2019 at Twin Anchors Campground, 68132 US Hwy 30, Colo, Iowa.
