Thomas Daniel Clark IV

Thomas Daniel Clark IV became an angel of Heaven on Thursday, February 28, 2019. He was born on August 22, 2018 to JaDawn Larice Wright and Thomas Daniel Clark.
After several weeks spent in the NICU at Mercy Hospital, he was able to go home. Thomas was a very happy baby. He melted people’s hearts with his smile. His sisters and cousins just couldn’t get enough of him!

Even though his time on this earth was brief, he made big imprints on the hearts of many.

Thomas is deeply loved by his mommy and daddy; his big sisters Enizha Irvin and Azalia Wright; maternal grandmother, Rebecka Wright; paternal grandparents, Thomas and Yvette Clark; maternal great-grandmother, Gerri Bennett; maternal great-grandfather Billy Wright Sr.; paternal great-grandmother; aunts, LaTeka Wright, Tyesha Wright, Naomi Clark; cousins, Lierra Martinez, LaMarkus Simon, DeAngelo Simon, JaLamar Harrington, and Michael Vaughn.

He was preceded in death by his maternal grandfather, Jessie Donnelly Jr.; maternal great-grandparents Constance and Jessie Donnelly Sr.; and great-great-great uncle Richard Sanders.

Visitation will be held from 4 p.m. to 6 p.m., Thursday, March 7, 2019 at Hamilton’s Southtown Funeral Home, 5400 SW 9th, Des Moines. Funeral services will take place immediately following the visitation at 6 p.m.
