Service Details
Bob Christianson, 61, passed away December 4, 2008, at Iowa Methodist Medical Center. Funeral services will be 11 am, Monday, December 8, 2008 at Westminster Presbyterian Church with burial to follow at Resthaven Cemetery. Visitation will be from 5-7 PM Sunday at Hamilton’s on Westown Pkwy.
Bob loved to design and build homes as well as spend time boating and vacationing with his family. He welcomed all into his home and heart and many lives were touched by his warm and welcoming nature. Bob’s motto was always “the more, the merrier.”
He is survived by his wife, Mary Lou; Children, Carrie (Darren) DeMay, Cory (Rachelle), Casey (Katrina), Courtney (Nicki), Charlie, Cody and Carter; Grandchildren; Jonathan, Payton, Jordan, Kaisha, Kyla, Chelsea; Sisters, Elaine (Russ) Chance and Debra Christianson. He was preceded in death by his parents, John and Frances.
Memorial Contributions may be made to Westminster Presbyterian Church.

Dear Mary Lou and Family: Even tho we are no longer in the Waukee area I think of of you and your family often. So sorry to hear of Bob's death. Denny Felt who is my new son-in-law keeps me informed of the events that happen up there. Looks like your family has really growned..I remember how much your family helped with the newspaper deliveries in the area. Thinking of you in this time of sadness.
