Marvin Roseberry

Marvin Roseberry, 74, died Sunday, November 30, 2008, Iowa Methodist Medical Center. Marvin was born on January 30, 1934 to Ethel and Charles Roseberry in Craddock, Missouri.
He served in the United States Navy until his honorable discharge. Marvin enjoyed hunting, fishing, wood working, art (painting), gardening and playing with his grandkids and his great-grandsons. He was a sheet metal worker for 50 years and a member of Sheet Metal Workers International Local #45.
He is survived by his loving wife of 53 years, Barbara; a daughter, Elizabeth (Steve) Erickson; his sons, Thomas (Kelly) Roseberry; Dan (Kelley) Roseberry; a sister Marilyn Shepard; nine grandchildren and two great grandchildren. Marvin was preceded in death by his parents and a brother, Leo Roseberry.
Funeral Services will be 10:00 a.m., Thursday, December 4, 2008 at Hamilton’s Altoona Funeral home, burial to follow at Bondurant Cemetery. Friends may visit with family from 6-8:00 p.m. on Wednesday evening at the funeral home..
