Ruth Miller

Ruth E. Miller, 84, of Des Moines died on Tuesday, January 2, 2006 at Mercy Medical Center in Des Moines. Ruth will be cremated and a memorial service will be held at 1:00 P.M. Friday at Hamilton’s Southtown Funeral Home with burial of the cremains following the service at Sunset Memorial Gardens Cemetery.
She and her husband moved to Des Moines in the early 1950’s from West Virginia and raised their four children. She was a member of the Ft. Des Moines United Methodist Church and had worked for Pomeranz Diversified Services for 17 years retiring in 1986.
She is survived by her husband John of Des Moines and her children Debra Miller, Paula Miller and Earl Miller. She was preceded in death by her son John Miller, her parents and a brother.
