We were fortunate to have played golf with Kirk in March before we returned to Canada. He was a good friend and will be greatly missed by all those whose lives he touched.

Did not know Kirk long, yet immediately knew he was a standup guy, loving husband, father and friend. His friends at Gold Tree were saddened when he sold and left this year - deeply saddened of his passing. Hoping there are bike trails in Heaven Kirk! Prayers of comfort for his family.

Love and prayers to all the family and friends. Kirk was a wonderful riding buddy. We enjoyed good times on RAGBRAI as well as many other fun breakfast rides. I will miss his encouragement to keep on riding even when the riding gets tough. RIP my friend.

Our love and prayers to the Vermie family. I had the honor of knowing Kirk for 30 plus years at Firestone. In fact we joked that it was his fault I was there, he hired me. RIP Brother.
