Benjamin Rodriguez

Benjamin Rodriguez, 5, passed away Tuesday, June 17, 2008. A memorial service will be held at 2 p.m. Saturday, June 21, 2008 at Jehovah’s Witness Highland Park Congregation, 6271 N.E. 14th Street.
Benjamin was born May 30, 2003 in Des Moines. He was a very active boy, and enjoyed playing with his brother, fishing and teasing people. Elmo was one of Benjamin’s favorite characters. He loved going to preschool and playing with all of his friends he met there. Every time he went to the store with his parents, he always came home with a new Hot Wheels car to add to his collection.
Benjamin will be sadly missed by his loving parents, Felix and Matilde Rodriguez; his big brother, Alexander; his grandparents, Cirina Salgado and Francisco and Laura Rodriguez; many aunts, uncles, cousins and special friends.
Memorial contributions may be made to the family at any Bankers Trust Branch in loving memory of Benjamin. Funeral arrangements have been arranged by Hamilton’s Funeral Home, 605 Lyon Street.
