Janet Loretta Putney, 63, passed away March 20, 2018.
A visitation will be held from 5 to 7 p.m. Friday, March 23, 2018 at Hamilton’s Southtown Funeral Home, 5400 SW 9th Street. A graveside service will be held at 1 p.m. Saturday, March 24th at Avon Cemetery.
Janet is survived by her husband, LeRoy Putney; children, Derek (Katie) Putney and Jon (Jen) Putney; stepchildren, Jim (Cathy) Putney, Shelley (Dan) Paur and Christine (Jeff) Woodward; sister, Jeanine (Jason) McCormick; 11 grandchildren; three great-grandchildren; a host of extended family; many dear friends and her Suds family.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Melvin and Wilma Zika and her great-granddaughter, Ava.
Janet enjoyed antiques, dancing, her home and her family.

Sweet beautiful loving lady...i will miss you more than words could express. The love and admiration between you and Lee is an inspiration to all who witnessed it.
