The death of Bob Barnhill is going relatively unnoticed, just as I would expect "Barney" to direct.
I, for one, however want to make it perfectly clear....not only to David, Laurel, and Robert III, but also to Barney's grandchildren and other family members that Bob Barnhill has been a significant person in countless lives for many years. There is no question that he was a "very influential mentor" to many.
I want you to also know that Bob and Doris Barnhill shaped my personal life early on and their positive principles continue to influence my actions to this day.
Thank you Barney and Doris for your tender mentoring and positive influences.
Respectfully,
A Makowaian brother.
