There are no prayers needed on Moms behalf, only prayers of joy and thanksgiving, as Heaven is rejoicing in welcoming Mom home.
Mom was a strong lady. Presented with a skinned knee or elbow, and I remember a skinned face as well, she would say, Lets clean it up and get some Grandpas ointment on it. Itll be alright. Or, when aware of a bruised heart, she would come up with the words that would begin the healing. It wasnt until I finally gained some wisdom of my own that I knew all of our skinned knees and heartaches were suffered by her times ten. Mom was a gentle lady.
Shes not here to ease our skinned and bruised hearts now, but I do believe shes saying, Dont worry, it will be alright.
Until we see each other again Mom, well miss you desperately,,,, but, well be alright.
