Service Details
Charles “Coop” Cooper, 49, died Tuesday, May 13, 2008 at Mercy Medical Center. Memorial services will be held at 3 p.m. Saturday, May 17, 2008 at Hamilton’s Funeral Home, 605 Lyon St. with burial at Laurel Hill Cemetery. Visitation will be held from 2:30 to 3 p.m. Saturday prior to the service.
Charles was born April 27, 1959 in Perry, Iowa to Robert and Rose Cooper. He enjoyed fishing and hunting. Charles was hilarious and always a “jokester”.
Charles is survived by his children, Zachary and Jaelynn Cooper; step-children, Kourtni and Stephen Peglow; siblings, Linda (Tony) Milosevic, Denise (Tim) Rickert, Ken (Noelle) Cooper, Harry (Suzanne) Cooper, Michelle (Monty) Dorman and Melissa (Raymond) Bazley; and many nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his parents and his brother, Robert Cooper.

I am so sorry about your loss and in times like this you never really know what to say and nothing you say will bring Charlie back. I worked with Charlie the entire time he was with Iowa Beverage Systems and always found him to be so sweet, funny and helpful. We, his friends here, will miss him. I am and will be praying for his children and the rest of the
family that God will give you peace and strength during this painful time.
