I worked with your mother for years at USF&G. She made me laugh every day we worked there. You were very lucky to have such a great mom.
So sorry to hear the news.

I will miss my "Auntie Maude" so much. I can still hear her voice on my answering machine saying, "Pam, pick up the phone, it's your Auntie Maude"! For those who don't know, she called herself that because she always reminded me of Maude played on TV by Bea Arthur. Aunt Marian had the greatest smile and the greatest sense of humor, and I'm so glad she was in my life. She even smiled with her eyes! We had so many conversations about life, and the family, and about God. I'm so grateful we had that time together. I just want you all to know how much I wish I could be there to give you a big hug. I'm so sorry! Much love to my family!

I can not begin to express to you my sympathy at hearing of the loss of your dear, sweet, sweet mother! It seems just like yesterday that I met her when I began working at USF & G in 1994. And it feels like yesterday, when I cried like a baby the day she retired. But what a bang of a day she had! I thank God for letting me get to know Fran and that we were able to stay in touch over these past many years. Teri... please, please give me a call when you are able... I tried to call you back many times after I had received your voice mail a few months back, but I was never able to leave a message. I may be reached during the day at 515-221-3623 or my cell # is 515-979-2951 Either of these are the easiest ways to reach me. I am so sadden by the news, but know that your Mom is thrilled to be with her beloved Bill again. And I want you to know how terribly sorry I am that I am not able to be there tonight. You and your entire family are in my thoughts and prayers. I loved your Mom and she will be so greatly and deeply missed!!!
