Shelley Burrows

Shelley R. Burrows, 55, died Saturday, December 16, 2006 at Iowa Methodist Hospital after a courageous battle with cancer. Visitation will be held from 5-8 p.m. Tuesday December 19, 2006 at Hamilton’s Funeral Home, 605 Lyon Street.
Shelley was born February 26, 1951 to Darwin and Betty Stinson in Des Moines. She worked as the Payroll Administrator for Prairie Meadows and as the manager of Dubinsky Theaters. Shelley enjoyed making candies and crafts. Her greatest love was her daughter, Sarah, and spending time with her family.
Shelley is survived by her special daughter, Sarah Burrows; father, Darwin Stinson; brother, Mark Stinson; sisters, Diana (Daniel) Maldonado and Patricia (Charles) Cranford from Byron, GA; many nieces; nephews; and beloved friends. She was preceded in death by her mother, Betty Stinson; brother, Steve Stinson; and husband, James Burrows.
Memorial contributions may be given to the family for the care of her daughter, Sarah.
