Anita Moe

Anita Moe, age 66, passed away peacefully into spirit January 21. Anita recently moved to Des Moines with her loving husband of 22 years, John Moe from Fort Collins, CO where she resided for 35 years.
She was president of AJ Electric for 20 years and office manager at Holsinger Drywall for 12 years before recently retiring. Anita was creative in her free time and enjoyed decoupage, gardening, and spending time with family and friends.
Anita was born in Queens, NY and was raised in West Islip. She is survived by her husband, John; daughter, Bernadette (Adam); grandsons, Tristan and Alec; as well as her mother, four sisters, and two brothers.

This is such sad news John. Remember Anita putting up with your Norwegian freedom day celebrations with all your friends riding down the street on their lawnmowers? You were such great neighbors.
I knew she could garden but boy could she make chocolates - I was wishing she was here for Christmas and would bring me those home made reeses candies.
We are so sorry for you. Knowing Anita, she left you with a beautifully decorated home and memories of happier times. Thinking of you.

John, I am sorry to hear about the passing of your beautiful wife. I didnt know her well but she seemed to be kind, sweet and to have a heart of gold.
