Joanne Ferrari

Joanne M. Ferrari, 69, of Des Moines died in Friday, December 15, 2006 at the Altoona Nursing and Rehab Center. Funeral services will be at 1 p.m. Monday at Hamilton's Southtown Funeral Home with burial following at Glendale Cemetery. The family will greet friends from 5 to 8 p.m. Sunday at the funeral home where there will be 8 p.m. Vigil service. Joanne was a homemaker and a member of St. Anthony's Catholic Church.
She is survived by her brothers Danny (Eleanor) Ferrari, Milo (Leah) Ferrari and Tony Ferrari all of Des Moines, her sister Elsie (Angelo) Bianchi of Des Moines as well as many nieces and nephews. Joanne was preceded in death by her parents Joseph and Amelia Ferrari and other family members.
Memorial contributions may be made to the Altoona Nursing and Rehab Center or Hospice of Central Iowa.
