Larry Jay Hahn

Larry Jay Hahn, age 43, passed away peacefully at his home on November 22, 2017 in Des Moines, Iowa.
Larry was born in Wray, Colorado on December 8, 1973. Larry is preceded in death by his father, Clayton J. Hahn and his mother, Wanda Hahn (Willis). Larry leaves behind a sister, Charlene Smith (Hahn), and his beloved pug, Jugito; nephews and nieces, Robert, Kayla and Zach; as well as great-nephew and niece, Colter and Lillie, all Hoffmans.
Larry impacted a lot of lives and was known for his caring and generous ways. Larry was also quite the entrepreneur successfully running several businesses throughout his life.
Per his wishes, Larry will be cremated and a small private service will be held in his memory.
In lieu of flowers or donations, Larry requests that you pour yourself a glass of wine and pay it forward by donating to your favorite charity.

Larry had 3 other siblings that need to be mentioned. Lynn Rhode, Darlene Jones and Tim Hahn, all of Gillette Wy. He also had 11 more nieces and nephews, Curt Gifford, Jessica Kiehn, Krystal Gifford, Heather Gifford, Austin Gifford, Cheyenne Gifford, Donnie Gifford,
Ryan Jones, Dustin Hahn, Amber Hahn and Shelby Hahn. As well as well as 8 Great Nieces and Nephews. And his Grandmother Betty Wills of Canon City, CO and numerous Ants and Uncles. He was also preceded in death by His Great Nephews, Baby Axel Gifford and Baby Sabastian Gifford. Larry will be missed.

My thoughts and prayers to Larry's family and friends. I was truly shocked and saddened to hear of his passing. I appreciated Larry's approach to his businesses. I enjoyed working with him on his Liberty Gifts store at Marshalltown Mall. Peace to you, Larry.
