Ha Khounlo

Ha Lovan Khounlo, of Des Moines passed away peacefully after living 80 wonderful years. Funeral services will be held 5 p.m. Friday, March 28, 2008 at Hamilton’s near Highland Memory Gardens, 121 NW 60th Avenue.
Ha was born in Muong Muoi, Vietnam and enjoyed spending time with his family, 16 grandchildren and one great grandchild. He is survived by his loving wife La, of whom he shared 61 years of marriage with; a sister, Ceung Lovan of Des Moines; one brother, La Toun Lovan of Vietnam; and five children: Khambong (Thavone) Khounlo, Vieng (Quyen) Baccam, Bang (Vone) Khounlo, Vanessa (Vanxay) Mila and Eric (Nina) Khounlo.
