Ron, Larry, and Michael, thank you for sharing Sheryl's life with us. What a beautiful person she was and what a sweet smile! I will miss her. For several years we chatted back and forth as we shared competitive games of Word Feud (scrabble) and she was a competitor! I will be praying for you all - that God will bless you with many happy memories in the years to come.

Sheryl was my neighbor and friend growing up in Ankeny, just around the corner! We walked to school together and her wonderful parents would kindly include me in the car when winter would roll around! We were friends also in college and had so many wonderful conversations together as we imagined what our lives would be like after college! She accomplished her dreams and beyond! I cherish my memories of her and extend my wishes to her family for peace and that love that surpasses understanding.

Ronnie and family. I am so sorry to hear of Sheryl's passing. Although I did not know her well, I remember well your wedding day. I thought you and Sheryl were such a beautiful couple, and I can remember thinking what a handsome couple your parents were. As I watched tribute video many memories came back to me of the "good old days" when we were all younger and life seemed more simple. My deepest sympathy to you Ronnie and the boys and their families. May you find peace in knowing that your family is thinking of you during this difficult time. God Bless.

We will miss this special woman. Sheryl.. always smiling, always laughing, always positive even through her years of fighting the cancer. We go way back... neighborhood fun with pool days and parades, back yard soccer games, kids playing together! You've left us with beautiful memories. A special friend and a dedicated Scrabble player!

Ron---I just happened to pick up a DSM Register this afternoon and saw Sheryl's obituary! Talk about stunned! We remember Sheryl with fondness as neighbors on Merritt Road here in Marshalltown and Carl working with her at NAPA and her Christmas letters after you moved. She really fought the fight and we are saddened by your loss. We pray that God will wrap you in his loving arms and give you and your family strength and peace at this sad and difficult time. Sincerely Judy and Carl

Though I never met Sheryl, my husband, Pastor Paul Kabouchy, got to know Sheryl through communications with her over the last several months and we always kept her in our prayers. Paul spoke so highly of her and her love of her family. He said she never complained and was always so positive and so strong in spirit. We are deeply saddened by the news of her passing. We pray comfort for you Ronald, and your children, and grandchildren at this very difficult time. We take comfort in that one day we shall all be together eternally. God bless you all. Our sincerest condolences to you.
