Lance W. Gertsen

Lance W. Gertsen, 65, of Adel and formerly of Des Moines, passed away at Mercy Hospital on Saturday, May 6, 2017. Lance W. was born on July 8, 1952 in Des Moines to Dolores (Welch) and Carl Gertsen.

Lance leaves behind his siblings, Victoria Gray and Hank Gertsen; two daughters, Lana and Diana Gertsen; many nieces, nephews, other extended family and special friends. He was preceded in death by his parents; brother, Eric and nephew, Andy Gertsen.

Per his wishes, cremation has occurred and no formal services will be held.
