Viola Hartman

Viola M. Hartman, 94 died Tuesday, November 27, 2007 at Ramsey Home. Funeral services will be 2:00 P.M. Saturday, December 1st at Park Avenue Christian Church with visitation one hour prior to services. Burial will follow at the Brethren Cemetery in Panora.
Viola was born February 1, 1913 in Osceola, Missouri to Charlie and Grace Leonard. She was a homemaker and along with her husband Winton “Spike”, was owner of Hartman’s Café during the 50’s and 60’s.
Viola is survived by her children Robert (Grace) Squaires of Ankeny, Penny (Jay) Flatt of West Des Moines, Johnny (Debi) Hartman of Winterset; her grandchildren Sheri Squaires of Des Moines, Jordan (Michelle) Flatt of Norwalk, Chad Hartman of Des Moines, Cory Hartman of Des Moines and her great grandson Austin Hartman of Des Moines. She was preceded in death by her parents and her husband.
Memorial contributions may be made to Park Avenue Christian Church or Hospice of Central Iowa
