My deepest condolences to Ruth's family and friends. She was a long and cherished friend of my mother, Lillie.
I will always remember her as a thoughtful and caring person as well as a gracious lady. I'm so glad that my mother had a good friend like her and she will be deeply missed.

Dear Family of Ruth, We also feel some of the pain of your loss, though most of us never had the joy of personally meeting Mrs. Stacy. She surely was a godly woman and a good mother, it's easy to see by the deep love David Stacy, our Shepherd of the Hills' organist, has for her. We thank God for her, the impact of her Christ centered life. We thank Him also for using her to bring David, a first rate organist, into the world to serve Christ & bless us in our worship of Him. Ruth served her Lord & Savior well, and continues to impact the world for Christ through her family. May He Who brought Ruth to His gracious side in heaven now minister to you, her family, with the blessed certain hope of seeing her again in our dear Savior & Lord's presence. (...& some of us at that time will enjoy meeting her personally for the first time.) God be with you & bless you all!

I remember traveling west with my parents, Walt and Liz Stacy, in the fall of 1968 and meeting Uncle Laurence, Aunt Ruth and all their family. I was 18, and it was the only time I ever saw them. I have good memories of our visit though. Sorry for your loss.
