I agree with Sara. It was always nice to see her here at work. She would always smile and say hi. I am truly sorry for your family's loss.

I've worked with Deb for about 12 years at EMC. She & I had many laughs over the years. She talked often about Jarad, Jason and Jerry, the grandchildren and her parents. We knew what a great family life she enjoyed and she was so thrilled to have 3 grandchildren. She always joked that she was "ahead of" me with her 3 to my 1 grandchild. I remember each of the boys graduations, their jobs, school and girls! When she was married to Leonard Delong we shared several stories since I was from Osceola and knew his family. She and I teased each other often. One time when I was coming into the office she was filing and she reached through to the other side of the files and grabbed me! I screamed and that scared her because she didn't think that I would yell! Several weeks later I was in the files and was standing reading something when I saw her walk into the isle next to me. I couldn't resist and reached through and grabbed her but I couldn't see where I was grabbing and it was a bit lower than I thought! She yelled out SH-T, really loud! That has been years ago but she & I still laugh about it. I remember her coming to work and telling the story about falling outside in her night gown while she was chasing some critter or it was chasing her. I don't exactly remember what it was but I do know that Jerry was home at the time. It was a really funny story. She seemed really happy with Rod and that Jerry was back from Arizona. We're all very devastated at work. It is hard to believe that someone so strong and alive can be gone so quickly. I know she loved all her family and I hope you know that we loved her too.
