Jacob Wayne Fallon

Jacob Wayne Fallon, 21, passed away Friday, March 18, 2016. He was born July 31, 1994 in Newton, Iowa. Jacob graduated from East High School in 2013. He loved the outdoors and spent many hours riding BMX bikes and skating boarding with friends. Jacob’s other passion was writing songs and rapping to anyone that would listen. As a practical joker, Jacob also enjoyed picking on his siblings.

He is survived by his mother, Ericka McConnell (Ron Snider); father, Rodney (Laura) Fallon; siblings, Heyden and Addison Snider, Emily and Ashley Fallon, and Jessica Buettner; grandparents, Laurie and Lindle Merriss, Bonnie and Dave Cooper, Barbara Fallon, Ray Modlin, Ron Snider, and Sharon Lenz; girlfriend, Christina Alas; and many aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends.

Jacob was preceded in death by his grandmother, Ruby Modlin and grandfather, Ed Fallon.

Visitation will be held from 5:00 to 8:00 p.m., Wednesday, March 23, 2016 at Hamilton’s Funeral Home, 605 Lyon Street, Des Moines.
