Maxine Hoffman

Maxine “Max” E. Hoffman passed away on March 14, 2016.

Max was preceded in death by her husband, Philip H. Hoffman in September 1986; her parents, Neal and Jeanie Moon; brothers, Monrad “Bud”, Melvin and Milton; and her sisters, Merna and Mary.

Those left to cherish many fond memories are her daughter, Jill Diane; granddaughter, Lindsay Kay; Max’s dear sister-in-law, Janice Moon; and many nieces and nephews.

Private services were held with burial at Resthaven Cemetery in West Des Moines.
