Sharron Williams, 76, of Des Moines, passed away Sunday, January 4, 2015. She was born February 21, 1938 to Donald and Genevieve Jones. Sharron was a lifelong resident of Des Moines and she enjoyed ceramics, gardening, and spending time with her family and friends.

Survivors include her sons, Gregory B. Williams and Norman B. Williams, Jr. (Terry), both of Des Moines; daughter, Monica L. (Terry) Williams-Pauscher of Elkhorn, NE; sisters, Donna Cosner of Georgia and Linda (Ron) Hunt of Missouri; 14 grandchildren; and 9 great-grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her parents; husband, Norman B. Williams, Sr.; and Kevin B. Williams.

Visitation will be held from 6:00 to 8:00 p.m. Friday, January 9, 2015 at Hamilton’s Funeral Home, 605 Lyon Street, Des Moines. Funeral services will begin at 1:00 p.m. Saturday, January 10, also at Hamilton’s, with burial at Laurel Hill Cemetery.
