We only knew Randy for a short time, while buying our house in Mitchellville. We found him to be very caring and helpful in our dealings. Our hearts and prayers are with your family and know that he is at peace and out of pain. He will be greatly missed by all who got to know his humorist side. God Bless Carla, Ben and Kelsey for the loss they carry.

My deepest sympathies to the Meiners Family. I first worked with Randy in the 1990's when we were co-workers in commercial lending and again in recent years when I engaged Randy for commercial real estate appraisal services. For the twenty years I knew Randy, I always knew him to be a caring and kind individual, as well as a responsible and honest businessman. I am so sorry for your loss and I offer my condolences to you at this difficult time.

Dear, Sweet Kelsey,
My heart aches for you and your family. I'm so sorry that your father's time here was way too short. I'm not good at those quaint phrases at times like these...just know that I am praying for you all, and that your strength and faith will help you through this. Our Eternal Father is always with us to comfort us, when no one else is capable of that. I'm sending you a hug - you've given me so many over the past few years, I wish it was a real one. I love you Kelsey. XO
Ms. Patty
