David Johnson

David M. Johnson, 49, died on Saturday, August 25, 2007 at Iowa Lutheran Hospital as a result of blood clots. Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m. Tuesday, August 28, 2007 at Rising Sun Church of Christ with burial at Rising Sun Cemetery. The family will greet friends Tuesday at the church from 9:30 a.m. until service time.
David was born February 26, 1958 in Fairfield, Illinois. He had lived in the Des Moines area since 1973. David was a 1977 graduate of Ankeny High School.
In addition to his parents, Charles and Lois Johnson of Rising Sun, survivors include his sister, Carol (Neal) Shivers of Bondurant; three nephews, Andrew (Tammy) of Bondurant, Nathan of New Hampton and Benjamin of Bondurant; a niece, Hannah Shivers of Bondurant; great-nephew, Brayden Shivers; aunt, Mary Margaret Becker; and many other relatives in Illinois.
Hamilton’s Funeral Home has been entrusted with arrangements.
